Ces a\u00e9rogels d\u2019un nouveau genre sont en fait un r\u00e9seau tridimensionnel de d\u00e9riv\u00e9s d&#8217;acides amin\u00e9s naturels reli\u00e9s entre eux par des liaisons faibles. Les a\u00e9rogels obtenus ont des conductivit\u00e9s thermiques inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celle de l&#8217;air et ils sont tr\u00e8s naturellement tr\u00e8s hydrophobes.
