The effects of the change of the aerodynamic flow (in the steady and unsteady cases), the variation of parameters of the cinematic movement (angle of attack, pitch angle and yaw angle) and the definition of subsystems characteristics that makes the wind turbine (blade, nacelle and pylon) allow one to characterize the structural dynamic behavior of the wind turbine. It is therefore necessary to develop these items. Once this is done, the structural dynamic behavior of the system can be improved. The term `improve' means the increase of the life duration by mastering the fatigue effects and the reduction of cost without sacrificing the aerodynamic output. The present study aims to examine the behavior of the blade, which is the main part of the wind turbine in that it that transmits forces to all other parts of the structure. The model is based on the theory of three-dimensional beams, under the assumption of variable sections of the type NACA 4415 airfoil, and takes into account membrane, transversal shear, flexion and free torsion effects. With regards to the aerodynamic loads (the lift, the drag and the pitching moment), a validation has been undertaken by considering experimental data and numerical results obtained by a CFD code (Fluent). The forces are obtained by means of a parametric CAD method interpolation of the aerodynamic poles by Bézier patch under geometrical constraints solved by a Simplex type algorithm. The emphasis is put on dynamic aspects by a complete processing of the dynamic equilibrium equation, applied to the wind turbine blade with horizontal axis.},

abstract = {The neuropeptide neurotensin (nt) is known to be internalized in a receptor-mediated fashion into its target cells. to gain insight into the mechanisms underlying this process, we monitored in parallel the migration of the nt1 neurotensin receptor subtype and a fluorescent analog of nt (fluo-nt) in cos-7 cells transfected with a tagged nt1 construct. fluo-nt internalization was prevented by hypertonic sucrose, potassium depletion and cytosol acidification, demonstrating that it proceeded via clathrin-coated pits. within 0–30 minutes, fluo-nt accumulated together with its receptor in acridine orange-positive, acidic organelles. these organelles concentrated transferrin and immunostained positively for rab 5a, therefore they were early endosomes. after 30–45 minutes, the ligand and its receptor no longer colocalized. fluo-nt was first found in rab 7-positive late endosomes and later in a nonacidic juxtanuclear compartment identified as the trans-golgi network (tgn) by virtue of its staining for syntaxin 6. this juxtanuclear compartment also stained positively for rab 7 and for the tgn/pericentriolar recycling endosome marker rab 11, suggesting that the ligand could have been recruited to the tgn from either late or recycling endosomes. by that time, internalized receptors were detected in lamp-1-immunoreactive lysosomes. these results demonstrate that neurotensin/nt1 receptor complexes follow a recycling cycle that is unique among the g protein-coupled receptors studied to date, and provide the first evidence for the targeting of a nonendogenous protein from endosomes to the tgn},

The neuropeptide neurotensin (nt) is known to be internalized in a receptor-mediated fashion into its target cells. to gain insight into the mechanisms underlying this process, we monitored in parallel the migration of the nt1 neurotensin receptor subtype and a fluorescent analog of nt (fluo-nt) in cos-7 cells transfected with a tagged nt1 construct. fluo-nt internalization was prevented by hypertonic sucrose, potassium depletion and cytosol acidification, demonstrating that it proceeded via clathrin-coated pits. within 0–30 minutes, fluo-nt accumulated together with its receptor in acridine orange-positive, acidic organelles. these organelles concentrated transferrin and immunostained positively for rab 5a, therefore they were early endosomes. after 30–45 minutes, the ligand and its receptor no longer colocalized. fluo-nt was first found in rab 7-positive late endosomes and later in a nonacidic juxtanuclear compartment identified as the trans-golgi network (tgn) by virtue of its staining for syntaxin 6. this juxtanuclear compartment also stained positively for rab 7 and for the tgn/pericentriolar recycling endosome marker rab 11, suggesting that the ligand could have been recruited to the tgn from either late or recycling endosomes. by that time, internalized receptors were detected in lamp-1-immunoreactive lysosomes. these results demonstrate that neurotensin/nt1 receptor complexes follow a recycling cycle that is unique among the g protein-coupled receptors studied to date, and provide the first evidence for the targeting of a nonendogenous protein from endosomes to the tgn |

Hureaulite is a manganese phosphate used as an anti-friction coating on steel parts in relative motion. This coating possesses no intrinsic lubricating characteristics and must therefore be used in combination with a lubricant. It is the response of the tribosystem ‘coating-lubricant’ which is discussed. Using a friction test to determine the seizure resistance, it is shown that the modifications of the coating (dehydration, new phases and new compounds forming) lead to a great improvement in the resistance to seizure whose value is 5 to 10 times higher according to the annealing temperature. The micrographs show that these modifications generate cracks through the crystals; these cracks are perpendicular to the surface and do not lead to scaling phenomenon. They act like lubricant traps and so delay the seizure. Annealing temperatures ranging from 100 to 700°C and treatment duration from 1 to 100 min are studied. The possibility of reducing temperature while reasonably increasing time is shown so the heat treatment does not affect the steel substrate and could be industrialised.},
